The aim of the Scandinavian Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology is to contribute to a better working life based on high-quality research. The journal seeks to publish papers covering the important issues in working life on all levels, including the societal, the organizational and the individual level. The journal also encourages research combining two or more of these levels and we invite empirical as well as theoretical, methodological and review manuscripts.

Scandinavian Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology welcomes original research articles for publication in 2021.
The editors encourages articles covering a wide range of important issues in working life on all levels, including the societal, the organizational and the individual level. Interdisciplinary contributions and multi-method articles are welcomed. Empirical articles as well as theoretical are called for.
Scandinavian Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology publishes one issue per year, with rapid publication times. The articles will be made available online as soon as articles are reviewed, accepted and made ready for publication.
